The Undie Factory is VAT Registered

The Undie Factory will begin charging VAT on all new orders from 01st December 2010. We will not in the short term amend our pricing as a result of this, all our prices will include VAT at the current rate from 01st December 2010. However we may increase prices slightly in the new year when the VAT rate is increased to 20%. This will be completed after we have carried out a review of the impact the changes to our business model as a result of reduced margins.

We are trying to implement this transition as smoothly as possible and are hopeful this will be completed without any hitches in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
